What this site records

Two things, and nothing else.

Audience measurement: no cookies, no third parties, no identity and no stored IP address. Exactly what it records, the legal basis for it, how long it is kept and how to opt out are set out on the privacy page.

The contact form: your name, your email address, the subject, the message itself, the page it was sent from and the language of that page.

What happens to a message

A message sent through the form is kept in the site’s dashboard and emailed on to the agency that represents her, so that it gets an answer. It is used for nothing else. It is never sold, never passed to an advertiser and never used for marketing.

Every message is then deleted automatically after a fixed period, stated on the privacy page. You can ask for yours to be removed sooner.

Legal basis

Your message is processed in order to answer the professional enquiry you are making, which rests on the legitimate interest in responding to an approach and, where relevant, on the pre-contractual steps you have taken.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. The only thing kept in your browser is your opt-out from the audience measurement, if you set one, stored locally so that it is honoured on every visit. It never leaves your device.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port the data that concerns you. To exercise those rights, write to krischermarine@gmail.com; you will have an answer within a month.

If that answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, the competent supervisory authority in Belgium.
